Pros
*Culture: Everyone is driven, friendly, and relaxed. They set clear expectations and keep each other accountable to do the work well. There is a sense of community and the teams are not solely independent. *Leadership: Managers are understanding and want you to succeed. They are easy to contact/ talk to. *Career Growth: There's room to grow and speak about trajectory within the company. *Office Environment: It's easy to have a chat with colleagues over coffee without feeling like management is keeping watch. Employees will eat lunch in the kitchen space and there are company sponsored happy hours/ lunches.
Cons
*Workload: Company is growing, so the work will be spread out better. It's not too much work, but sometimes it can get busy. Overall, steady pace. *Diversity: There are POC, women, etc. in all levels, but we could be more diverse. The HR Team works on finding the best candidates and creating spaces for more diversity/inclusion.
