While I gained some life long friends I also gained lifelong trauma. We are looked down upon, ignored, underpaid, and more often than not, laid off. It is evident that leadership is more concerned with preserving their own power than actually treating the employees well and steering the company towards success. Getting laid off was one of the scariest moments in my life. However, less than two months later, I already view it as one of the greatest blessings in disguise. I would advise anyone, applicant or potential customer, to turn and run as fast as possible in the opposite direction.
