Pros
Wonderful middle management colleagues. Fantastic employees who fought against the odds every single day - for the customer and for the company.
Cons
A company that totally ignored the staff and the well-being of the individual. A company that created advantages for themselves by promising big - but then totally failed in their promises. An HR department that rather focused on its own perfection, than the well-being of the staff. I sacrificed myself, my own well-being and my values to please the management team and it until this day, still makes me feel very bad. The staff never received recognition for the work they did. I often feel ashamed beeing a part of Qliros culture. No structure in routines or policies. No one in Management who wanted to take responsibility. And every time it was pointed out that something didn't work, the argument was used that we were new to the industry. But for how long can you actually classify yourself as a start-up? Senior leaders/Management had each other's backs - without caring about the well-being of staff. Backstabbing in the corridors among top managers. They talked about hierarchies not existing - but the entire company was built hierarchically.
