Pros
1. Super friendly and supportive management. 2. Work culture is solid. Come at 6/7 and leave at 3/4 and that's it, no one's bothering you after the shift. 3. Monthly dinner, performance based incentives and attendance bonus are good benefits to have. 4. Always gives opportunities to freshers.
Cons
1. Pathetic leave policy in probation period and in general not too many leaves available. 2. Environment becomes kind of school-ish sometimes, not a great sight. 3. Although it's a good thing but management is too strict about punctuality. Like super strict.
