Pros
Leading edge solutions in the markets we serve, great people who work very hard and care deeply about the company and success, being part of an evolving company into new markets and with emerging new GTM plans (i.e cloud, operations). Starting to become a "sales led" organization again and not a "product" led one.
Cons
Major loss of market share with core products (VMS) in markets. Loss of "customer first, do anything to serve the customer" culture. We developed too many internal layers between sales/customer and those with the answers and who deliver what is needed to solve issues.
