Pros
I really love working at Qonto. The environment is motivating and it makes you want to do well. The people I work with are super talented and also genuinely motivated, so day to day it feels dynamic and positive. The team dynamics are great and it really pushes teamwork, you do not feel like you are working alone.
What I also appreciate a lot is the growth. It is not just something they say. I joined as an IC and I became a Lead in one year, so yes, you can grow fast if you deliver. They really try to develop people internally before hiring outside, and you can feel they invest in you.
Another thing is that the company is doing very well, and it is honestly comforting. You feel the business is solid and successful, and that gives you confidence.
Benefits are nice and comfortable, and they put the means to reach objectives (resources, support, etc.). Also the tools we work with are top tier, which makes a big difference.
