Pros

It could be good to have on the resume (especially in France). Hybrid (or full, in few cases) remote policy.

Cons

Execution-only culture: roles are highly segmented with limited scope, which is normal in big companies. Even at mid-senior levels, autonomy is traded for a top-down, execution-heavy approach driven by a detached strategy team (that are more mere project manager in some cases). Leadership and accountability: there is a significant disconnect between top-management decisions and actual results. Leadership tends to deflect responsibility for strategic failures and manipulate reality to blame bottom lines. Bureaucratic friction: expect to spend significant time navigating internal politics, micro-management and redundant alignment meetings rather than doing meaningful work. There is little effort from the organization to address feedback or improve retention. I guess they focus more on employer branding (see all those amazing posts about culture, way of working, and so on) than solving internal issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recognize the challenges you've described. Many reflect the complexity of scaling, and we're actively working to address them, for instance through a dedicated Manager Academy that provides practical training on coaching to managers to help them support their teams. We believe organizational culture isn't something that happens to us, it's something we create together, every day. The bureaucracy, the meeting overload, the execution focus, the disconnect you mention, these patterns emerge from collective behaviors and choices, not just top-down decisions. If you're experiencing these frustrations, chances are you're also in a position to influence them, even in small ways. That might mean pushing back on unnecessary meetings, championing clearer decision rights in your team, or working with your manager to carve out more strategic space. We take your feedback seriously, and we're committed to creating the conditions for that change. But we also believe the solution requires all of us to actively shape the culture we want to work in. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Hello, we are sorry that you had a poor experience of management within our teams. We do our best to avoid bad practice such as micro-management, for instance by reviewing regularly the training of our managers (many of whom come from internal promotions). We recently created two Learning & Development positions to achieve this objective and we hope this will improve all our employees’ experience!
