Great development opportunities, but pace can be challenging - Communications Partner Qonto Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you value the opportunities to grow internally, learn every day, and experience Qonto’s open mindset and culture. We hear your point about the pace of transformation and the fact that alignment can sometimes become more difficult. As Qonto grows — with more customers, larger teams, and more locations — the way we operate also needs to evolve. Some of the ways of working that served us well at an earlier stage are no longer enough at our current scale. This is why we continue to adapt our organization, processes, and ways of working. The goal is not to change for the sake of change, but to address the challenges that come with scale before they slow us down or create more complexity for teams. At the same time, we recognize that these transformations can make it harder to keep pace and stay aligned. To reduce this, we rely on company-wide OKRs to give teams a shared direction, and we share progress regularly during our monthly All-Hands. We also continue to work on clearer communication, stronger rituals, and manager enablement to help teams better understand priorities and how their work contributes to Qonto’s goals.
