Pros

Qstream customers love the solution, the people (who work damned hard to make them successful) and the tangible business benefits they get. There is so much goodness in the company, the people are committed and have a lot of fun, but work hard. Every prospect and customer we engage with understand the value, have used the solution to make real changes for the better in their organisations and have a positive experience with everyone they deal with at Qstream.

Cons

As with any start-up there are up's and down's - unfortunately the people who have been leaving very negative comments here probably don't understand that. But the fact is the company is growing healthily, adding many many new customers and retaining long terms customers.

Thanks for your feedback and we are doing just that - focusing on customers, their needs and making them successful. We have been listening to employees, current and past, to take on feedback as an instigator for change....and change that is being recognised by customers, the market and employees. We are excited about the future and that of the customers we serve.

Pros

- management is always helpful and willing to support where you need - no micromanaging at all - flexible - time off is great and actually able to be used without question - pay and benefits are also good

Cons

Really can't say much in regards to cons.

Pros

The work life balance is genuinely great and there is a lot of flexibility in how you manage your time. The team is very supportive and people are always willing to help when you need it. It makes the day to day experience really positive.

Cons

The company is still evolving, so some internal processes are not as smooth or consistent as they could be yet. This can slow things down at times, but it feels like a normal part of a growing company.
