Initially I came for 3-6 months for an assignment but ended up being here over 31 months. Its an ecosystem that is something like school where there is room to work on individual creativity, do mistakes and re-work on the mistakes. Forgive and forget is something exists in the organisation. Their presence has grown in over 40+ schools touching 16K+ students is something speaks itself.
