Pros

The pay was good for me it could be better for the amount of work they want you to do. I met some great coworkers that are now my forever friends.

Cons

Literally everything ! Management is a joke here people get these jobs by favoritism majority of them have no people skills to be managing anyone. Leads talk about people and cause trouble like this is highschool and HR does nothing about it. The workload is crazy and equipment is always not working correctly and they want you to do whatever it takes to get it done. This place is going down hill and eventually will be shut down i'm sure. Training is rushed they want you to be in fast despite if you truly understand it. Also Pto is earned which sucks.

Pros

QuVa Pharma is an excellent place for anyone interested in sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and cleanroom operations. The company maintains high-quality standards and provides hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, batch documentation, and GMP compliance. Management encourages learning, and team leads are approachable and supportive. The work environment is structured, fast-paced, and safety-driven, which helps you develop strong technical and regulatory discipline. Great opportunity for career growth if you’re passionate about quality and operational excellence.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times due to strict production schedules, but it teaches valuable time management and precision skills essential in a regulated environment.

Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
