Pros

Decent pay, benefits are ok, some of the executive leadership are great. The company does seem to be going in the right direction in regards to what they're producing and bringing in money.

Cons

Zero career advancement. The management that is not good are awful. They treat employees terribly, talk down to them, and act like all of them are replaceable. No raises, no 401k matching. They say they want you to take time off but then don't approve you for the time. You get PTO but then they make you feel guilty for taking it. Lack of communication, and HR responsiveness. Again, cannot stress enough, the management that is not good is utterly awful.

Pros

QuVa Pharma is an excellent place for anyone interested in sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and cleanroom operations. The company maintains high-quality standards and provides hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, batch documentation, and GMP compliance. Management encourages learning, and team leads are approachable and supportive. The work environment is structured, fast-paced, and safety-driven, which helps you develop strong technical and regulatory discipline. Great opportunity for career growth if you’re passionate about quality and operational excellence.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times due to strict production schedules, but it teaches valuable time management and precision skills essential in a regulated environment.

Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
