Pros
Good pay, great co workers
Cons
There is a lot wrong here. People are being hurt in multiple departments all the time. If you feel you cannot do your job, you are stuck. There is no room for growth. Depending where you are, you cannot move to another department until all positions are filled. The problem is, no one is staying long enough for that to happen or people are being injured. If you say anything to management then you are singled out amongst your coworkers and managers. When things are attempted to be fixed by management, it seems to be more of a benefit to the company. I think that is because managers do not really know what is happening in any department. It is rare to see members of management doing ILP, QA, Picking, or Compounding duties. There is no opportunity to be cross trained. I know of at least one person that wants to know how their job can affect others and wants to help others but cannot as they are not being cross trained.
