Pros
Quite decent benefits, including competitive health insurance and 401K. After a certain # of years there is also profit sharing and stock options, but these don't amount to much.
Cons
Low pay and blatant nepotism are the standard. There is a trainee program that seems good, and employees who go through this route get a lot of opportunities, at least the ones that are passed up by headquarters relatives. Anyone else, no matter education or experience, will likely stay in one position for years and years, going nowhere.
