Pros

Mon-Fri hours for Administrative positions and four weeks of vacation after ten years with the company. Good solid direction with the company vision and an extremely innovative business. Room for growth, if you want it, but isn't accompanied with a higher pay scale. Smart, solid place to work.

Cons

Harsh, unprofessional work environment where bullying is tolerated and in some cases encouraged by management. A complete lack of "Respect" for employees and there are no clearly defined rules for admin, leaving the rules at the description of your direct manager. Problem is he/she may have many sets of rules depending on how much you are liked. An example is the work hours-vary by employee and are not consistent. I was forced to worked longer hours and watch my entire cube clear out while I stayed another 45 minutes. Also, there is no work/life balance as all PSR's and CSR's are on call 24/7.

Extremely hierarchical in nature and decision making. Somewhat slow.
