Pros
Experiencing the DC life style. Tall buildings and surrounded by the beautiful Downtown LA. The tiny bit of good people in the support team. Worked with a lot of tools and hands on DC things. The experience.
Cons
Stressful place to work, not going to lie. Night shift might have it a little easier because the managers are not stalking you like a hawk, regardless there's always something management will bring up and warn you before termination. Another thing is training is a bit of a joke, the idea is non-existent and expect to hear things behind your back when you don't pick it up as fast they expect you to. Lack of team support and people are out to get you. You will get treated like you are indispensable. They like to make you feel like your going to get fired just so you can stay in your toes. A lot of the people in support felt that way. HR is a joke because they are all related and everything still has to go through the company owner. Work acknowledgement is close to none, all they will notice are your mistakes and send an e-mail to all the support team. They do RARELY hire from within, they will only do it if they are desperate. Will rarely get trained. False hope and lies after lies.
