Pros

Quale is growing at a fast pace, and because of that , the on-boarding experience has been successfully revamped. -expectations of you are made very apparent -great co-workers -on the flip side, it is made clear that you are an asset, and your growth is beneficial to both parties -hands on experience, to get you fully acclimated to the company way of life -extremely organized, and surprisingly fun. I am excited to be a part of Quale!

Cons

Employee engagement before the pandemic was great but it somehow lacks now. However, we expect to get back on the track soon!

Pros

You work at client location. Other than that no pros.

Cons

Never believe a word these guys say. They change their words according to their convenience just to manipulate you and take advantage of you. They change their terms and agreements without letting the employees know for their own benefit. They will never let you grow. Every employee who has left this organisation(or infact are still working) will never say a good word about them. You can connect any of the current or ex- employees on linkedin to take a feedback. They will also let you know its reality. P.S.- Make sure you read their terms and conditions in details before joining. (Though, they mention in the letter itself that they can change the terms and conditions anytime :P)

Pros

What you get here: 1. less than bare minimum disguised as "perks" 2. an experience of underpaid toxic environment that traumatises you for life 3. first hand experience of peak micromanagement 4. Alcohol in the Ceo's desk (that's where he spends the money he makes off of us) 5. Excuses- "all your troubles are a part of an exponential growth curve" (clearly no one in the management understands the concept of exponents) 6. Employees with a false sense of authority- Anyone can walk up to you and ask you updates on stuff that you were never assigned and then blame you for it. 7. Mansplaining of your job that you have done professionally for 5+ years. 8. Cheenooooo!!!!

Cons

What you don't get: 1. Credit where credit is due 2. work life balance 3. empathy when you are visibly withering away 4. an acknowledgement when you bring up a very relevant issue in the management (cuz it clashes with their ego and they'd rather fire you) 5. literally anything that can be remotely positive 6. Any 7, Truth. 90% of the hiring posts on linkedin are fake. They have like 10 people in the office which they struggle to retain and when they leave-"Oh it must be their fault cuz we are perfect!". Also, they don't have offices other than Gurugram. Those are all lies too. 8. Those 10 employees are 70% basically members of family and friends of the CEO
