      they regularly hire juniors and mid-tier engineers.

      Its outsource meaning you could be somewhere for months and they could ask you to go somewhere accross the country the next day.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
