      Good mid level managers here

      Cons

      Hike was postponed to august from march. Not sure what will happen in august. They maynot update is what I feel. Giving reasons is easy.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
