Pros

depends what location you are in. - Fairfield, CT (beware of CEO) NJ - They will run you through hoops over and over and still tell you, "no you're not good enough" San Diego - They play hard and work hard ONLY for their office TX - Small and Growing - no one speaks up for themselves due to fear of being punished or fired

Cons

Promotion within is a lie - Full-Time jobs aren't "exactly" full-time. (when a project ends, your job ends) Low Salary (they will be as cheap as possible but try to sell the opportunity of "learning") Politics are HUGE in this company - favorites are treated well - seniority gets what they want - management micromanages and does not allow you to think for yourself - no learning curves, challenges, or your ideas will be taken into consideration (they want to mold you into a QualiTest Robot)

Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
