      Pros

      The company is on a quest for rapid expansion around the globe. Good training is available but it must be done in your own time.

      Cons

      The expenses are on the low side for a consultancy in terms of food and the allocated accommodation. Long commutes are a reality. No bonus or stock options are available.

      Pros

      Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

      Cons

      Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
