Great company to work for, great people.

Not a lot of room to move up.

Co-workers were absolutely wonderful and willing to help any time it was needed! I also enjoyed working from home.

Everything else. Mostly people in higher positions that do not deserve to be there, either because they don't know the industry or they simply do not understand the process of the services they provide. Therefore causing them to make empty promises and hold their employees to impossible standards and deadlines. I have never seen a company as mismanaged as this one. Quality Built will be the death of itself.
