      Cons

      Executives use scare tactics as motivators. HR supports the hierarchy. Management exemplifies a gossip-laden environment. Employees are overworked and underpaid and repeatedly hear, ' Be grateful you have a job.'

      The opportunities for growth and advancement are endless. QC's growth and growth potential, means more and more doors are opening constantly. The support you receive from the top down is also top notch!

      It's really impossible to pinpoint a con. There's always room for improvement, but you could say that about any employer.
