Avoid this company if you value growth, communication, and being heard. Employees are often left frustrated as concerns go unresolved and suggestions for improvement are routinely dismissed. The culture starts at the top, and leadership appears unwilling to change.
One of the most disappointing workplaces I have experienced. Leadership is disconnected from employees, feedback is ignored, and meaningful change rarely happens. I strongly encourage anyone considering a position here to carefully read employee reviews before accepting an offer.The biggest con is the management team and company culture. Employees who try to contribute new ideas often face resistance instead of support. Morale is low, turnover is high, and leadership does little to address the underlying problems.
