      Pros

      Lot of opportunities to learn. Co-workers enjoy helping others an contributing to new ideas. Entry level pay is above average.

      Cons

      Little room to grow since it is a small company. I don't know if it s a bad thing but people tend to look somewhere else after 3-4 years working there.
