Pros

Quantemplate has a great product vision and they are solving an emerging problem. Adrian Rands has been instrumental in delivering this vision and with the right backing it can go pretty far.

Cons

The massive con is Adrian Rands. While Adrian has great industry knowledge. His business sense completely sucks. He is often crude, greedy and naïve. Frustrating customers, employees and past investors. All investors were lost in October 2020 and the company imploded. Funding was lost, all employees essentially left. The reason for the implosion was a lack of growth of the company in the shadow of COVID19. Working for Quantemplate now would be a monumentally bad decision. Adrian has no interest in paying employees and continuously tries to manipulate payments down and in refusal simply elect not to pay at all. In other words, from a professional perspective, you can't trust him.

Pros

The people were friendly, close group great working relationships. They would try and invest in new ideas to help processes where possible

Cons

Tendency to want to grow too fast and not build from the ground up. The senior team would take the opinions of nonspecialists over that of others who know what they were doing. It could get a little messy sometimes.
