Pros
Though company was founded on ill conceived ideas, but at least the founders were having the passsion to drive engineers to chase their dreams.
Cons
All founders were pretty much left, either quit, forced to resign or simply laid off. Moral is at all times low, and competitions are intense with the big boys. Can't keep its best people because of bad pay.
