Pros

I can remember feeling so welcome when I first started working there. My satisfaction was a hundred percent, even until the point I left. I learned so many things while I worked at Quantified Commerce, most of which I am using right now at my current place of work. They taught me a lot of skills, from professionalism to improving my social skills to leadership skills. Of course, they didn't hold a seminar or anything like that, but everyone was so competent and proper you could learn just by observation. In professionalism, I learned not to slack and to always deliver. I had very skilled colleagues that propelled me to always toping my pitches and working hard to add something to the table. The team operates on interconnectivity, and everyone gets to feel part of the executions. I gained a lot of techniques and strategies from former colleagues, also methods of operation that produce a higher performance result. My social skills improved, I learned to watch out for everyone without being in their business. I learned how great a simple hello could go for someone and how to have healthy competitions without negativity. I also now know how important it is to always keep positive energy and power of cooperation. The task and routines were not stressful, and I was able to keep a functioning work-life balance. I don't work there anymore, but I still feel welcome amongst the remaining staff. I have made some relationships that would follow me for life, skills that would help me advance in my career, qualities that have boosted my confidence and productivity level. Quantified Commerce was a great experience in my career journey with friends as souvenirs.

Cons

I can not think of a single negative thing from my experience.

Pros

I am a recent hire at Quantified Commerce, so I really can't speak intricately. I can only review based on what I have experienced. So far, my experience has been filled with great people and lovely smiles. Everyone has helped me get on my feet around the office; I know who everyone is, and I’ve already seen possible future friendships. Every task I receive is explained to excellently, and I am never confused as to what is expected of me. My supervisor is very easy to talk to and always helpful when I need assistance. There is only positive energy in the office, with everyone being so professional. Team members keep to time and are always on their feet, ready to deliver projects. This already challenges me to join the growth and improve my skills There are a lot of intellectuals here. I have not been here long, but I have learned somethings I never thought I would. There's news for everyone every day; someone always has a discovery of information to share. It's not pressuring if you have nothing to share, just get a pen and paper to note things down. I have also been encouraged to share, even though I am still new, it makes me feel part of the family. Break periods are the hilarious times; everyone takes a breather and talks casually, creating tight bonds. There are snacks provided to team members, which one of my favorite reasons for break time. As soon as the break is over, everyone is back to work. The office isn't stern or cold, and even as work is going, little jokes and comments can be made. I have heard about the boardroom meetings, and I can't wait to attend the next one

Cons

Nothing so far granted it hasn't been long.

Pros

It's conveniently located for me. (NYC)

Cons

The co-owner Agam Berry is a complete narcissist who thinks he's a genius. He's constantly yelling and belittling employees to keep everyone scared and make himself feel important. Your job? Scam people and promote ripoff products like Friday Plans. Lie to people. Create fake reviews. Steal ideas from competitors. This place is the bottom of the barrel. Many of these reviews are fake because they make employees write them. Google Agam Berry or Ryan Andreas and you'll see some interesting information.
