Thank you for submitting this review, both positive and constructive. We are sincerely sorry that the recent changes negatively affected you. We are grateful for all the efforts you exercised while working on challenging projects with Quantori.
At present, the company faces new challenges at an unprecedented scale. Unfortunately, the situation forces businesses to adapt to the changing environment. Every day we learn new lessons and do our utmost to maintain straightforward communication between employees and the company’s management. With Quantori experiencing rapid growth over the past few years, we are revising and stabilizing our internal processes.
Regarding the legal issues you raised, please know that we checked your situation. Threatening anyone is not our method. The HR manager is always present at such meetings, including your appointment to avoid disputable questions. Quantori, a US company, could no longer transfer funds to the Russian Federation. We were unable to continue working with our Russia-based employees. So we offered them alternative employment in a new location. Please, note that we give the same terms and conditions to everyone.
One of Quantori’s core values is transparency and integrity. We do not try to cover up any issues, instead, we are ready to accept the truth and work on it. We appreciate the partnership and mutual support and provide our employees with multiple options to seek assistance.
