      Some colleagues you can get along.

      Cons

      - no pantry - micromanagement of employees but salaries are always delayed. even had the audicity to deduct government mandated benefits and taxes on our salaries but they're not really paying it with the government!(what are they doing with it?) - still has many hiring positions but are not taking actions on employees concerns regarding the salaries! - the CEO has no care to its employees. not even bating an eye to his employees' concerns and issues. just had a care with the money from the clients!!!!

      - Delayed salary or sometimes they are paying salary but only in half - Government benefits are deducted to salary but not paid to the actual govt sector

      - Delayed salary. Never received my salary on time EVER. - False promises with salary, they can keep you roped in for 2 months or more without giving you a cent - Lack of transparency with employees and clients as a way to "save face" . Will make you look bad to clients just to save face. - They keep on hiring more people even though they cant pay their employees. - Government fees (SSS, Tax, etc) are not being paid on time even though they are being deducted from the salary! - Lack of team building activities - Lack of organization and poor management - No provision of any benefits. Not even coffee. - Not enough room for everyone. Horrible equipment. - A lot of overtime is needed to maintain certain projects - No allowance no benefits, nada - Honestly, lack of genuine empathy and support for employees - Fake reviews
