      Pros

      Very progressive and liberal in policies. Lots of food, events and CONSTANT team building.

      Cons

      Terms employees who dont match the "culture". Disney/Nazi-esque in employee development and ongoing training..Very distracting. So much team building, but dont get used to your "team" because good people leave while the 'go-along-to-get-along' people hack it to keep a job. Its quite silly over there.

      Flexible time off, great pay and management actually cares about the employees

      Cons

      Some people can't manage their own time. These people find it hard to work for a company that puts belief in the individual as the one of their core values.
