Truly not much to say here. I’ve always felt both personally and professionally supported throughout my time with the company.

Like most resident positions, your main perk is your apartment/utilities. Home office is friendly and helpful. Decent benefits offered, and while actual wages are low, they do give raises. Ongoing training and support.

Not Quantum related, but living where you work can be difficult with residents in a small complex. In their eyes you are on duty 24/7 and they feel free to approach you or knock on your door at all hours, when a simple visit during office hours would have sufficed.
