      you will be more valuable (to the company) as there will be Less Pay and More expectation. Work from office all 5 days, your entry and exit time will be noted.

      After organisational change, the CE is arrogant and specifically not employee friendly. company is transitioning backwards to bad Banks-like-culture rather than a good IT company culture.
