Pros
- They allow you to work from their U-district office Ifree parking) to save commute time when your manager allows remote work - The owners seem to genuinely care about the team (contractors) and have an open door approach to running the business - Once you are supporting the client, there is a lot of autonomy and freedom to do your work how you want to do it. - Some clients have rolling contracts, which is nice - The recruiters are good about communicating and staying in touch even after you start your assignment - Great health benefits and time off compared to other staffing agencies
Cons
- Not sure if this is a con or not, but because it is a smaller agency, there isn't a lot of process around things. This can be a pro, too. Depending on your preference. - A lot of the consulting opportunities are specific to one or two clients which makes it harder to transfer your skills to a new role when you are on break-in-service
