My direct manager was unavailable for a significant portion of the onboarding period due to illness, which left me without clear guidance or necessary support to succeed in my role. Furthermore, the team lead frequently made inappropriate and unprofessional comments, including discussing highly personal topics in a manner that created a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. Despite navigating these challenges with limited direction, my employment was terminated abruptly without prior warning or constructive feedback. This lack of communication left me feeling disappointed and unclear about the reasons for the decision. Overall, my experience was disheartening and fell short of professional standards I expected. Despite the lack of proper onboarding and the unprofessional atmosphere, I was abruptly let go without any prior warning or feedback, leaving me confused and disappointed.
