Pros

Great working environment. Bosses and colleagues really willing to help you anytime! And everyone is interested in you as a person. Relaxed environment and hard-working people.

Cons

Terrible traffic to come to the office and to go back home :( Important reports are done manually, however Management is working hard to improve this in the next months.

Pros

Having worked throughout the travel industry in many different capacities I think Quasar has one of the best teams in the the travel industry. In contrast to some travel companies that sort of know the products they sell, because Quasar owns and operates most of the products it offers when passengers contact Quasar they get a team that knows the product through and through and cares about the customer. The companies transparency also means we get to see what passengers are saying about their experience so we constantly listen to them to improve the experience for a trip of a lifetime.

Pros

Being working for QE for over 20 years, we have had the pleasure to experience the grow and evolve of this company. We had some ups and downs during the process, but those falls built us stronger each time. This is a family oriented company that have strong values. We offer exclusive destinations in South America, like the Galapagos Islands that I have had a great pleasure to share with over a thousands of customers, and the rewarding of being able to share the experience to our guests has always being wonderful personally, as we assisted to create many memories that will last a lifetime, from generation to generation.

Cons

Being passionate with the job and having many VIP clientele around the World demand extensive hours to provide them first hand and great customer services, sometimes might be challenging when clients are in two or three different time zones. but not impossible.
