They have a welcoming attitude towards new joiners and provide a peaceful environment to work in. - The company culture is very positive, non-toxic, friendly, and helpful. - Flexible working hours, the ability to decide the timing of your breaks and a team effort mentality. There is no pressure, which is very refreshing. - You get to work with and learn about tech, with a significant involvement of AI. The tools and software used in daily tasks are modern and beneficial for future endeavours. You can freely share your opinions, ideas, and suggestions directly with the TL, mentor, or founders. - There is no sir/ma'am culture; everyone works as friends and is nice to each other. Working with them is easy, and they have a positive attitude.

As an employee of Qubit, here's my unbiased opinion. The founders have a youthful and entrepreneurial spirit which is very contagious and reflective in their efforts not just in terms of work but also in aspects of ensuring a good team bond. They're very knowledgeable all while making sure their respective teams perform well. I work in the Financial Analyst team. The company provides training sessions from time to time which helps us stay sharp. Our team is supportive and the seniors are always willing to lend a hand when needed. Our manager is a wonderful person to work with as well, he ensures there's an environment of mutual respect and continuous learning. Beyond work, the company organizes a Fun Friday session every week to help us unwind and bond as a team. The company does show genuine care for our well being. Our HR is a fun person to be around too, she's friendly and very approachable and is the star during our Fun Friday sessions. Cherry on top, the company offers work from home. Qubit encourages and believes that working from home can be just as effective as working from the office. This flexibility along with the various exposures that we get here makes Qubit a great place to grow both professionally and personally.
