Pros

I have worked in Queppelin for 6 months just because of i don't have other options. I though if i would get a good working environment i will continue this job. But in this company every employee is pressurised for work on sunday and other government holiday also without extra payment when clients are giving them payments for Saturday, Sunday working.

Cons

If you have any problem in you family , company do not allow to leave on working days , they do not have sympathy with you and your family.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I represent the HR team from Queppelin. At Queppelin we have always given preference to employee's concerns. We believe in creating a healthy workplace environment where people are encouraged to speak freely on issues concerning them. I am personally in touch with all the employees and frankly do not remember anybody having such problems. Please feel free to get in touch with anybody in the management so we can address your concerns. Also, please do not underestimate yourself by saying that you do not have an option. Good people always have lots of options.

Pros

There are no pros for them anymore

Cons

Absolutely broken management. I worked with them for three years, giving respect, dedication, late hours, and more. But, all of a sudden, they decided to lay off all of their senior employees, including me. A layoff isn't the problem—many companies do it in times of financial crisis, and we understand that. But they haven't paid us over two months of pending salaries, while they continue to bring in new hires. For over a year, I've been requesting payment, respectfully asking them to settle our dues, but they just keep delaying it. We understood their situation and willingly gave them time, but over a year? That’s far more than enough to clear the dues if they intended to. I never expected such treatment from a company I loved working with. I urge any new, current, or prospective employees to leave as soon as possible and find better companies. They don’t deserve loyal employees, and they'll likely betray you too.
