There are some really great aspects about working there but the downside is very bad.
Direct management in the ISR team has had a really bad bully culture over the past few years. In fact, a number of HR cases have been brought up, only for no action to be taken.
Everyone who has raised a formal complaint, no longer works there. Managed out or redundancy.
HR are very keen to have 'informal & private' chats, which, I have seen myself, go straight back to the manager.
There is also alot of favourtism, inconsistency and double standards. The difference to you hitting and missing your number can and does depend on the first of those 3.
