Pros
Questrade is an incredible place to work, it is full of extremely talented people. The real differentiator is working with people who are 100% committed to making a difference in the financial lives of Canadians. This isn't a mission statement written on a poster that blends into the background - this is the reason for everything we do and you can feel it in every meeting, every decision and everything we build. It is great coming to work everyday and knowing that the work I do will matter to real people - my neighbours, my community...real people across this country.
Cons
Questrade is a reasonably flat organization. This is actually a pro and a con. The flat structure makes decision making fast and easy the con is that if you are someone that fancy titles really matters to, this might not be the place for you.
