      Growing company in Canada with lots of opportunities to learn. Work/life balance is good. Becoming more like a bank.

      Cons

      Lower pay compared to others in industry. There is still a cap on how much you can learn and then you'll want to move.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
