      Good opportunity to learn, but busy - Trader Questrade Employee Review

      Pros

      -great cullture, people are great -departments cummunicate regularly

      Cons

      -pay feels kinda low -long ish work hours, shifts can be long -need to occasionally taking beatings from customers even though we're traders and not customer service representatives -slow to improve, some barriers here and there -questrade expectations are quite high and difficult to meet

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
