Working in customer service just means taking flack from angry customers who have been ripped off by these guys.

Very easy interview process (only "positive" thing i can think of)

Cons

Just worked five days and had to leave the company as it was so unprofessional and surreal in many ways. After a few days they told me I would also have to work during weekends without getting paid (it wasn't mentioned in the interview). Manager micromanaged at levels I have never experienced, texting all day through WhatsApp and calling. Day to day tasks are monotonous and not challenging at all. The salary is below the market average. And worse of all, the feeling you are providing horrible deliveries for the customers. One of the main reasons I left was because of the really bad experience costumers have with the company - before accepting any offer from them, please check google reviews, Facebook groups, and trading standards declarations. Don't make the same mistake I did.
