Pros

I have been working with Quick Quack for the past 4 years. Quick Quack bought out Kelly's Car Wash where I had worked 3 years previously. The change over in management lead to better working conditions and leadership. This lead to a change in attitude that has been passed on to customers. As Quick Quack continues to treat me as more than an employee I look at our customers as more than just cars. I have been allowed interact with customers to provide the best service for their needs.

Cons

I am looking forward to more changes at our location. Changes that will show our customers further commitment to the ones we serve.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
