Pros
If you dont work but can take credit for other you may succeed as appraisal is approved by just one person majorly. if he dsnt like u you are screwed bigtime.
Cons
Work in special projects and in jan 2016 the appraisal was of 1-7 % for 90% people. company is earning money and top management getting fat hikes while those at lower levels are given as low as 1% appraisal. worse than a govt. company No processes , i was not even given a proper jd before joining , in the name of startup company has haphazard rules for hr etc and employees suffer cafeteria food is subsidised to rs 25 but is tasteless and of bad quality.
