1. Employee handbook policy can change anytime as per there convenience. 2. No phones allowed.(never join if you want to stay in touch with family). 3. No WFH and even if you are ill they will give you half day work from home and half day work from office. And if you are genuinely hospitalized they will ask you for 2000 paperwork from hospital and will even visit the hospital to cross check. 4. They will change your role and make your job title a mess. One day a technical person becomes a non-technical person the other day. 5. Poor Pay cycle. Like, They will promise you variable pay in 2 parts but last year variable be credited in next year cycle. They will find solid reasons to pay you less than expected with Zero transparency about your own money. 6. No cabs. 7. This company is run by FAMILY of same mindset and idiotic values, not by employee centric management 8. Standard hike is 3% 9. List can be endless.
