Cons

Worst company, terrible Customer Success organization. You will not grow, but you will not get clear answers on career potential and day to day SOP’s. You will have no insight on how you are doing. Leadership is in it for themselves and will lay you off no matter what. They don’t care about you, and will leave you depressed and distraught. Do not even bother interviewing, and you will make an average of $60k a year with 10+ years experience no matter how well you do.

Great product organization and AI strategy; Wonderful people in the frontline and executive teams.

Cons

Strategy and leadership has been inconsistent in recent years, but solidifying into cohesive approach focused on agentic AI.

Pros

ICs are mostly great. Decent benefits (pay is not though) There is a small but extremely loyal and wonderful customer base who believe in the product.

Cons

Insufferable leadership and middle managers that shouldn’t have a job. No unified direction. Unattainable quotas. PIP culture. High turnover. Have lost so many good people and they don’t seem to care.
