1) Too much office politics 2) You won't get to learn a lot 3) If you have offers from other companies and they are giving a little less than here please join that company trust me you'll only regret coming here 4) HR just wants to save money in everything even for things you can't think off 5) Poor management 6) Good people are leaving the company 7) They think that they don't need experienced employees and are hiring interns like anything 8) They don't wanna hire experienced employees because good people demand money and as it is stated above management thinks quantity is greater than quality 9) manager thinks quantity is greater than quality which is why the full-time to inter ratio is 1:2 10) no work-life balance you have to attend late night meetings since the clients are in the USA 11) All the reviews are fake they force interns to give 5 start reviews
