Pros

The team, co workers are fantastic and the time goes by quickly because you never stop

Cons

Stress, you are expected to juggle so much for little pay and critiqued every single day. You will never be good enough. Your store will never be good enough. The schedule is insane. Currently RA Ive done NA and Flex and RA is absolutely terrible. RAs are leaving or stepping down left and right this should alert the company to something not being quite right. The pay is not livable if you are older than 22. In fact it's barely above minimum wage and your bonus depends on what kind of store you are at. If you dont work your 8 hrs over time and pay $140 for your family to have insurance weekly you'll take home not even $400. This isn't a normal customer service job you are dealing w the worst of the worst - the homeless problem is not managed and your constantly putting your safety in jeopardy.

Pros

Great Work Environment. Greater people. Talking to people there, including management, and corporate, always felt great. They take care of their employees. Great job if you are just starting out, need a day job, can land a corporate position, or are willing to work your way up the ladder.

Cons

I never thought I could hate a program until I tried downloading Zipline. it just doesn't work on your phone, Spending 15 minutes trying to log into Zipline on the computers on-site every day was annoying and time-consuming. The QuikTrip app is also very slow, which is also a common customer complaint.
