Pros
Great starting salary for PT clerks, typically well above national average, for example here starting pay is 10 a hour, 2 bucks more than the starting wage at any fast food or other entry level jobs. Fast paced and depending on the store your shift will seem to fly by.
Cons
As a ERP I go to just about every store in the division. The Managers, and assistants can really make or break a store. Some just cannot grasp ordering, I.e always running out of stock of needed items, or they can't figure out a schedule and constantly need coverage and are short handed. When your busy, short handed AND you are out of something as simple as cups or lids it's time for that area supervisor to take a good look at who needs to rotate to a smaller store.
